RCS works with children to senior citizens. Specializes in substance abuse. Bill is also cerified in critical stress counseling, which involves PTSD clients and was certified with the MMPTC State Police council on critical insident, police stress, abnormal behavior, alcohol abuse, family relations. Bill has also worked with PTSD military members.
